Pros

Origami is staffed with a lot of A level people. Many of them are very experienced from competing long-established firms. It's great to be able to work with such an accomplished group. It is challenging to get on, but worth it. The environment is dynamic and flexible. Guidance is provided, but you also should be able to work independently and in small groups to reach a goal. Promotions are frequent. Skill and capability are quickly recognized. It's a challenging, fast paced, competent work environment. I appreciate being able to work here.

Cons

The demands from clients can sometimes be stressful and there are growing pains. It's a very fast growing company expanding into multiple markets at the same time.

Pros

I can't speak highly enough about the company culture. Truly a "work hard, play hard" environment where everyone is motivated to work hard for the greater good of the company but also gets to enjoy the company's reinvestment in its colleagues. The opportunity for growth personally and for the overall company makes going to work every day rewarding.

Cons

Since Origami is growing at unprecedented rates, sometimes it is hard for our product itself to keep up with the demand from clients and prospects. The team works as fast as it can but needs more employees to keep up with the demand and get ahead of requests.

Little to no training on most areas.
