      Pros

      The culture is great even despite being mostly virtual with the pandemic. They make sure we have all the tools we need and try to keep morale up. I feel I can go to management anytime with anything. CEO and other Execs are transparent with what's going on in the company. Flexible time-off and ongoing benefits are nice. My colleagues are all very smart.

      Cons

      It can be a slower ride to promotions, despite company growing a lot.

      Dynamic Management, Young Culture, Great Team Environment, Complete Open Door Policy: You have a question don't hesitate to reach out to others

      Cons

      The only Con is that when management is remote they need to engage with their team.

      Very supportive management through COVID (and before). Excellent working environment. High expectations, but we're provided with the tools we need to make it happen.

      A few growing pains. Growing very fast.
