      Still Experiencing Growing Pains

      Pros

      Ok culture. But as they grow, it's not as "casual" and becoming more "corporate".

      Cons

      Because of rapid growth, they are still struggling with organization and proper training. Onboarding process is a joke. PTO is unlimited, but billable hours demands make it impossible to take time off if you want to make billable targets they have set forth.

      Incredible atmosphere, very flexible, and they are very proactive with helping you grow in your career whether it’s with their company or not.
