Lots of money, good benefits, company car, gas card

Cons

Micro managed like crazy. You work all day, then go home and work some more for free. Hours of phone calls every day to get your schedule filled for the next. Lots of Saturdays and afternoons. Kiss your family goodbye in the spring and summer.

Orkin is a place that a person can can grow and create a career with persistence, determination, and hard work.

Cons

Latest management changes have implemented a system of driving the senior staff (Over 40) out of the company to recruit lesser paid, “young blood.”

great people there and always feeding you.

Cons

little to no room to move up unless work in the field and have a license, pay low, medical benifit is very bad, like working in a 10 emp company, no HR, if have an issue, no one to get help from. upper mgrt keeps locked in another part of office.
