      Pros

      An early-stage startup, Osano is constantly evolving which makes the work interesting and meaningful. The team is very positive and there is a lot of room for professional growth.

      Cons

      Working as part of a distributed team can be challenging, but Osano has great processes in place that work.

      Pros

      100% remote. You get to work with people who are intelligent and hard working with a good sense of humor. The work is interesting and abundant, so you will never be bored. The pace is fast so you have to get caught up and produce results quickly, but don't be afraid to ask questions, as the people that work at Osano are willing to answer them. Not really any micromanaging so management will trust you to get the work done. They are focused on results, not how many times you went to the bathroom or if you decided to go on a bike ride for lunch.

      Cons

      You have to be willing to dedicate a lot of time to Osano, as it is a small start up, so everyone's role is necessary. You will be working hard and for many hours, but your work is valued and has immediate impact on customers.
