      Pros

      Forward-thinking, well-run company with state of the art technology. Great category to be in. A jerk-free environment where people 'get it,' and work proactively to help each other. The distributed working model lends itself well to work/life balance, and makes it easy to run hard while not feeling run down.

      Cons

      The privacy category is a competitive space. But continued software development continues to give Osano an edge. The economic environment is challenging for everyone, but company is well positioned to charge through it.

      Although our customers and employees are usually very happy, when we have to end the relationship, feelings get hurt. My apologies if you felt disrespected at Osano. I suspect this is not a real review given the grammatical errors or that this review was intended for the consulting firm named Osano out of Africa.
