      - Everyone wants to help you succeed. - The company always makes sure their employees and customers are treated well. - Flexible schedule and work fully remote. - They genuinely care about all employees feeling they are helping to commit to the future success of the company and want to know if something is wrong. - They're a B corporation. - Interesting projects.

      Cons

      - Like with most startups, not everything is documented. But they're getting better at this as more people are hired.
