      Pros

      Everyone is very willing to help each other out. They are eager to meet new employees and guide them through the process. Working from home is also a huge bonus.

      Cons

      If you aren't focused, working from home could be very difficult for you.

      Pros

      - Employees at Osano are good people and good at what they do - Data privacy is a great area to be involved in - Comp and benefits are solid - The company is a public benefit corporation and operates with high integrity - It's fully remote and does it well

      Cons

      Policies are more rigid than at other SaaS startups. A couple of examples: work hours are inflexible and employees can't create new Slack channels. On the other hand, if you thrive under more structure and clearer expectations, this will be a good thing.

      Great product and opportunity for quick growth and a competitive place in this space.

      Cons

      All remote could be a con for some. I personally like it and don't find it to be an issue.
