Work/life balance has been great. Of course with any small company there are high expectations to get the ship moving. If you're the type that is self-motivated, driven, and can work in a fast pace environment, you'll fit in. Osano also places family as a priority which has been a huge blessing for my family. It's always nice knowing that I don't need to stress about having to step away to take care of kids or other family priorities! Lastly, the people. These are some of the hardest working and smart people I've met. The fact that we're a distributed (remote) team means we all get to work with people from all the country that we might not have otherwise.
