Pros

DO NOT work for these greedy people. Hard workers who helped the company profit are laid off. Management views employees as trash. Nightmare-like culture.

Cons

Morality isn't a big priority for those in charge. No loyalty to workers. Lots of people laid off. If you have to work at this company, don't expect any job security.

Pros

lots of great people in company, as well as, some different areas of country where they work. Always room to learn, grow and advance if willing to give your all everyday.

Cons

More then fair share of expectations from management in regard to what, where, how, why and when to attack different areas of different customers/project. Too much back and forth with union or non union projects.

Pros

The pay was great and you get work outside. Flexible hours during the week and able see places you may never got to see.

Cons

For me was getting my QC's from the supervisor on time. Tell you that you do in great but they then tell you messing things up and dont show you what it is. Promotion is also a issue. They promote people with less experience than you even if they really mess things up and they get to retain their job then get promoted above you. I know a manager that almost caused the company to lose a several million dollar job, but he is still in his current position and working.
