Pros

Leadership is horrible, supervisors are only concerned for the numbers, not the quality. No concern for their employees either.

Cons

The pay is horrible unless you are a manager. The "work incentive" is a punishment and the environment is worse than a soap opera.

I can not think of any positive things to say at the moment. I guess it pays the bills for now.

Cons

Upper management does not care about the employees. It's all about the bottom line no matter who it hurts in the process.
