Pros

-a few great co-workers -a company mission that you can get behind -knowledgeable/big name in the industry

Cons

-constant management turnover, and "restructuring" that happens on an annual (or more frequent) basis. -management doesn't seem to care about the company mission, and only makes decisions based on what makes them the most money or maintains the status quo. -lack of diversity in management, employment, customers, and patients - and resistance to attempts to make any improvements -lack of openness to new ideas - it's a hundred-year-old company, and a lot of things haven't been updated or still seem just thrown together

Pros

Had a good false hope for a couple months, similar to a lottery ticket but sooner or later reality kicked in. This company won't be around much longer.

Cons

- they cut benefits ( no hsa, fsa or 401k) - people quitting in droves - took away bonuses - took away raises - no advancement opportunities - good PTO kicks in after 5 years - management is way overpaid, employees underpaid - wages are not sufficient for cost of living in SLC. - No tuition reimbursement or any local perks like gym discounts etc - no on-site cafeteria - close quartered work place, dozens of positive covid sick employees. - toxic resin fumes and grinding dust everywhere -no maternity (paternity) leave for father's - no cell phones allowed - if your work load doesn't allow you to take lunch they still deduct 30 min from your time. (Thieves) - poor work culture, a lot of trash talk and back stabbing. -Health insurance is useless, $5,000 deductible - disgusting bathrooms, it's just a place for porn time on phones. - not enough parking spots, employees have to park on street even in winter. Several break ins reported. -HR department ignores employees - OSHA issues citations regularly -Poor inventory management -they have break rooms open during covid - no benefits until after 90 day probation. Most people quit before then. - if you quit, you have to train your replacement - political arguments amongst employees is the daily noise.
