Pros

Hybrid role with lots of flexibility. Great people, who are both dedicated to doing high quality work, and knowledgeable about the product. Recruiting process was seamless and stress free; I was kept up to date in a timely way and felt my time was valued. Office (in Seattle) is welcoming and stocked with food & drinks at all times. Dogs are allowed, too! I feel valued in my role and trusted to get things done at my own pace. Culture is positive and welcoming. Leadership group is approachable, dedicated, and representative of the organization & world around us.

Cons

Office is a bit out of the way, in Interbay. Account for a bit more commute time when coming in. Retirement match isn't in place yet, which is a down side.

Pros

- Supportive and collaborative team - Leadership that genuinely cares about people, their professional growth and personal wellbeing - Exciting opportunities to work on impactful projects - Decent work life balance, healthy pay, and remote work flexibility.

Cons

No real cons come to mind. Like any fast growing company, things evolve quickly, but that's also what keeps the work exciting.

Pros

Outreach has been through several transformations over the years as the industry and markets have changed but it finally feels like we are on the right path. Our leadership team is hungry for ideas and feedback, willing to double down on what works and scrap what isn't. The market seems primed for Outreach to succeed and we finally appear to be focusing on the right things to get us there. There is definitely a growing culture of (welcomed) accountability and its good to see the GTM team fighting for wins again.

Cons

AI is driving the pace and its insanely fast. Its exciting and fun but be ready to work and learn on the fly. If you aren't adaptable, you won't succeed here. Outreach is going to give you what you put into it, I find it challenging and exciting but others might not.
