Pros

I am grateful for this company for the career it has given me. I have had many opportunities to make a different at Outreach and believe that folks who take initiative and seek collaboration with other teams are rewarded here. The people here are not only smart and driven but also genuinely supportive. Product is super strong, never seen this many innovations come out. There's a strong sense of team collaboration. If you show up, put in the work, and stay solution-oriented, there are a ton of opportunities to grow and make an impact. Leadership has gone through a real transformation recently. There's a noticeable shift toward transparency, accountability, and genuine care, both for the business and the people behind it. They are very open to listening to feedback and take it seriously. You’re encouraged to try things out, ask thoughtful questions, and help build what’s next. It's a place where curiosity and ownership are truly valued.

Cons

Like many companies that have scaled quickly, Outreach has gone through its phases of growing pains. not everything has always been smooth, and change can be hard. It feels like the company is turning a corner in a meaningful way. There are still a few folks who seem resistant to that change or carry a more negative outlook, which can be challenging at times but overall, the momentum is forward, and it’s a great time to get on board.

Pros

Outreach is a great place to work. The company has a positive culture and supportive leadership, and I’ve had the best supervisor ever. Work-life balance is excellent, with remote work options, but being in the office is also great—the space is modern, always offers delicious food and fun events, and best of all, you can bring your furry dogs or cats!

Cons

Lot of potential, but long way to reach IPO success

Pros

Company has broken through the downward cycle and is climbing up again with its AI-based features. Competition is very broken and not a serious threat, but enterprise adoption and helping users understand how to get max benefit out of the software are challenges.

Cons

Benefits are not luxurious. No 401K match. Much of the engineering team is now rebuilt in India.
