Pros

Just started in the last few months and I’m impressed. The turn-around in leadership and focus over the last year is showing some good early results and there’s a ton of upside with new products and features. Co-workers are awesome and the culture is healthy.

Cons

A 401k match would be really nice. Hopefully when the company reaches its next stage of growth.

This is one of the best places I've ever worked! From the top down this organization is full of bright, caring, energetic people all with the desire to win! Sales run organization that understands what it takes to win and the time it takes to do so. Customers are put first and not a lot of "red tape" to have to work through internally. Everyone is will to step in and help and the software platform is awesome. What we're doing with AI is a game changer!
