Pros
1) Strong new leadership - our CRO, CEO, CFO are all bringing strong vision to the team and we are seeing the results 2) Back in growth mode - over achieving on our quarterly goals (120% + bonus payout) + teams are growing 3) Product innovation - we are constantly evolving our product to meet the needs of our customers - new capabilities, new use cases, AI agents 4) Collaborative culture - people support each other, share best practices, work as a team 5) Flexible work environment - flexible working hours & no micromanagement 6) Encouraged PTO - people take their vacation and support others to do the same
Cons
Honestly no major cons other than we still operate like a high growth start up in many ways so people who are adaptable, take ownership, and comfortable with a fast paced environment do well here.

Pros
Company has been through a lot of layoffs and turnover over the 2023-24 time period, so the negative reviews are understandable. There is new leadership in place with a more practical mindset, though, so the ship seems to have turned in a more positive direction. Good work-life balance and remote-friendly culture. Positive, encouraging mindset from the current leaders.
Cons
With so much turnover over the last few years, it can be hard to track down the right people who understand a certain existing process or technology. Also due to the above (loss of experienced people), development and improvements to those processes can be slow. Management is fairly understanding about this, though. Salary and benefits are okay, but not what you'd get from a more established public company (especially for those in high-cost areas). Stock options are pretty generous, though, so if they get acquired or IPO you will get a nice windfall.
