The potential for the product is there but if you are job hunting, keep looking and do not settle.
Cons
Leadership and management. A "good" product does not matter if a company is so poorly led. Attrition for both leadership and IC's is very high. That aside, you will not make money here due churn/contraction being the biggest issue yet compensation is dependent on upselling or NL. Competition is fierce, product is subpar, and customer sentiment is low. There is also no visibility into pay or attainment thus reps consistently do not get fair payout. PIP and micromanagement is the leadership style, fingers are pointed at IC's for missing company targets and there is no accountability from the top. The reviews and feedback here are legitimate and I wish I listened prior to accepting the job offer.
