The sales director micromanaged every sales rep and manager, was very two faced, has favorites, and uses fear based leadership. You are not allowed to be a MINUTE late or you’ll likely get talked to, and SDRs are treated like children who can’t handle their own business. Few people actually take PTO even though it’s “unlimited” because the sales director *might* approve it only after you’ve given a PowerPoint presentation as to how you’ll cover the work you’d be missing. The sales director will likely remind you that PTO is a request and that you’re not entitled to anything. You are required to stand for 1-2hrs twice a day during call blitz times and will get talked to if you sit. Everyone works overtime and the sales director would praise people who only took a few days or a week to spend with their newborn babies after their partners gave birth. Multiple reps shared how the sales director told them that they cared about “numbers over people” in their interviews with them and it’s extremely visible. You do not matter in this sales org unless you’re a favorite of the sales director or if you’re hitting numbers and bringing in lots of pipeline. Multiple reps were told they were going to get promoted either to a different SDR team or into a manager role but it never happened or the reps got moved to an SDR team different than what they were told. One team didn’t have a manager for 2(?) months as well and was told to rely on other visibly stressed out managers. This was an extremely toxic environment and due to all the sales managers besides maybe one being internal hires there wasn’t much pushback or discussion regarding the sales director’s behavior. DO NOT COME WORK HERE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR SALES ROLE! The whole sales org is a mess as they just did TWO rounds of layoffs in the past 3 months. Most recently they let go one of the better SDR managers as well. The entire SDR org is stressed out and struggling to hit their numbers, there are not many career growth opportunities unless you’re one of the sales director’s favorites, and the pay is below industry standard.

Poor Senior leadership you shouldnt trust at all - very fear driven organization. You will be anxious for your job all the time as any day can be your last. Constant layoffs and blame game from senior leaders who take no accountability No career paths CEO is constantly angry in meetings New leaders they brought in have no idea whats going on I would not recommend you go here as it truly is a sinking ship with 5+ competitors who have identical competitors
