Pros

As a designer, your opinions are valued. Awesome partnership between product and design teams. A great product with lots of AI features. Very experienced team members.

Cons

Career progress is not very clear and you have to manage yourself. Company do not have much to differentiate itself from it's competitors. A long way from IPO, which makes your RSUs kinda not valuable.

Pros

Outreach is hands down the best place I’ve ever sold. The product does what every other sales tool says it does, and it’s actually fun to sell something that delivers real ROI and changes how revenue teams operate. How often do you get to sell a tool you use daily, and sell to an org that you know so intimately: you know the pains and DBO from the user up to the CRO for everyone of your clients because it's what we live ourselves every single day. I love that I get to sell a product that helps others provide a better life for themselves and their families. The people I'm selling to are what make it, but a very close second is the people I work with internally every day: smart, driven, and collaborative without the politics or ego you see in a lot of SaaS orgs. Leadership is accessible and genuinely listens, and you’re given a ton of trust and freedom to run your business. There’s always opportunity to grow if you lean in and care about your craft. People make money here if they put in the work and lean into the resources around them.

Cons

It moves fast. There’s a lot of innovation happening and priorities shift quickly, so you have to be adaptable. It’s not the place for someone who wants to coast or stick to the same playbook forever, but if you like building and learning, you’ll thrive here. Also, there was a lot of senior leadership change early this year, which caused a short disruption but man, has it been a positive shift. The new leadership team has brought focus, energy, and clarity that’s made a real difference. They close deals and take care of their people. We sell as a team, and it pays off. I (and my bank account) couldn’t be more grateful for the direction things are headed.
