Disorganization is the name of the game

Pros

Some fun people to work with.

Cons

Disorganized, and far to many games. It's run from the floor up, and often management has no idea how their own departments run. This is also one of the reasons that managers come and go so often.

Pros

Technical capability is good and interesting people to work with on this aspect of the business. Company has the best interest of the customer in mind even when failing to meet need because of operational issues.

Cons

Struggling to improve operations - can be frustrating to see simple tasks become complicated for no apparent reason. Definitely improving but taking a while (too long). Career progression can be slow with outside people often filling open management roles.
