Lies ,deceit , lack of maintenance, poor pay

Pick and choose loads . 1 out of 10 will pay OK % pay .

Cons

What they claim u make is a lie based on your randy McNally shortest trip planner . The bonus u are spoked to get when u hire on is stolen via anyway they can . No maintenance on equipment at all. Bottom of the bucket loads . Only a perentange of trap pay if it pays . Average when payed for tarp is 13.50

Thank you for the feedback. We try very hard to get the best loads for our drivers and truly appreciate all that you do to get them delivered. Our best path to success for the company is through making our drivers successful. We would never ask or approve of our drivers "break[ing] every rule" for any reason. That is never a solution. if you feel that you are not able to make enough money, please speak to your dispatcher or his/ her manager to ensure you have the best chance to be successful.

They Lie, like military recruiters

Everything sounds to good to be true. paycheck every week (if you're lucky). some freight is actually decent paying. they provide t-shirts and a shower bag at orientation.

Cons

promised home time every weekend, never got it. opted to be out every other weekend that never happened. expect to be out 2-4 weeks at a time. they never listen to drivers on how to drive. demand to take 34hr restarts when dispatch says to do it even tho it is not necessary, then they turn the fuel card because of this happening. management and the rest of the company play favorites all the time if you're not in the "click" and do everything the pencil pushers say to do then you will not be successful. they do not care about drivers or their families, especially if its a family emergency, they do the exact opposite of helping the drivers out and keep them out an extra 1-3 weeks from their scheduled home time. they don't care about the health and well being of their drivers. all they want is the load delivered no matter what even if the driver is having the bubble guts or is puking. No room for advancement. they are growing to fast for the industry which is making freight cheaper for the rest of the company and the other affiliates.
