Invigorating, Challenging and Fullfilling!

Pros

Excellent Learning opportunities. Great People, Great Communication all around a very good place to work. Skilled and talented employees, good solid managment team. There are many opportunities here to learn and develop and you don't have to look very hard to find them. Great opportunites to advance and acquire new skills. I would recommend this company for sure as a great place to work. I love working at P2 Energy Solutions. Top managment and the HR department are excellent at communicating to the entire company even thought we are geographically spread out.

Cons

Busy at times, and some transitional periods as a result of acquisitions and bringing new companies into the fold. I cannot think of any other cons.

Hopelessness

Pros

None unless you are a right out of college. Even then, there is a sense of hopelessness throughout the newer/younger staff because there is no clear direction or guidance.

Cons

Anyone is replaceable; management does not value the individuals - everyone is a 'resource' from the management viewpoint as opposed to a valued, contributing member of the organization; there is no team or teamwork; WAY too corporate (trying to be the big boys but without the ability needed).

A company built on fear and disorganization.

Pros

Depending on direct manager - flexible work hours. Ability to work on a variety of projects and learn new skills. Excellent place for entry level staff to develop valuable skills fast and move on.

Cons

No career or salary advancement. One never knows when one will be part of a layoff - senior management is always working on the next round of layoffs. 24x7 work environment for those left after each round of layoffs.
