Pros

There are no pros. The only relative pro is the hours are normal - 9 to 5 pm.

Cons

Terrible work environment and company culture. Management doesn't care about employees. Employees are leaving constantly and nothing has been done to retain employees who have been there 10+ years. Management hires inexperienced and gives them very low salary. The ownership is a private equity firm so that's why there's no appreciation of employees.

The company’s goal is to get rid of anyone over a certain age regardless of experience or job performance and bring in recent college grads. They want the young cheap employee that doesn't have the experience to tell how badly the company is being run.
