Cons

I was a part of the layoffs in mid April. Very unfortunate that layoffs were NOT performance based whatsoever. It's a shame that Paper lost some great workers because they weren't at the company as long as others.

Cons

The only major cons that I had in this position, which eventually motivated me to leave, were not about Paper but about sales jobs in general. I did not leave Paper because of Paper, but in order to step outside of sales.
