Pros

-Great Pay, especially for college students -Very, and I mean very flexible schedules -Chance for people in college to get internships while working as a tutor.

Cons

-Although the schedule is flexible, most of the time you wont get enough hours to get you by. -High turn over rate in managers. Ive seen 4 managers in my 1 year of working here. Either quit or were fired.
