Pros

Good company to work for. Direct management is very good. Always able to voice concerns. Full benefits and overtime when desired. Telecommuting available in some situations.

Cons

Felt understaffed at times, highly stressful environment due to the type of work. Sometimes felt like there was a Disconnect between customer needs and what could be accomplished

Somewhat flexible on working schedule.

Cons

Not innovative. They don't invest well in the future or the employees. There is no culture here. For a software company they do not treat employees great. Benefits are pretty bad, poor 401k match, no stock purchases and no bonus. They did not deliver on financial promises for 3 years in a row.
