      Cannot think of any positive aspects

      Cons

      bitterness, jealousy among long-term employees [20+] years. No formal training. Widely different standards, knowledge levels among technicians.

      Pros

      If not located at HQ in New Hartford, NY, you will be isolated from most of the politics.

      Cons

      The father was the founder and chairman, a son runs one of the three divisions and the daughter runs another. This is probably not the most solid foundation for success.

      Pros

      Nice people, many of whom really want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Managers are poorly trained. Lots of fighting between different parts of the company. No room for growth. Lots of nepotism. Company hasn't made money in years.
