I've worked at PAR for a number of years after having traversed a few other Saas businesses. PAR has been an incredible experience. Our CEO is a visionary who leads with his heart. He communicates with us constantly and drives an accountable culture. We are constantly willing to question ourselves and obsess over finding ways for our customers to win so we can win. While the team is young, the culture is truly special.
