Everything is high priority; causes friction with Scrum implementation. Benefits are on the low-end (long 401k vesting, HDHP, etc.) Lots of technical debt in a very large monolith codebase

PAR takes exemplary care of their employees while offering room for advancement in just about every field. Rich culture, above-average benefits and a truthful mission statement make it well worth staying.

Cons

Certain field positions sound outdated and endangered. As POS moves more towards the cloud, the more positions will be cut for installation technicians.
