      Used to be a good place to work. But bottom line has become more important than customer or employee satisfaction.

      Pros

      Employees care about their work product. They are dedicated and work hard. Customers matter and employees care about keeping up with the latest industry standards.

      Cons

      Management does not rely on employee ideas and experience. Management continues to bring in bigger contracts but no additional employees to do the work. Pay could be better.
