      Pros

      Challenging work. Culture is awesome. Lots of food. People are generally happy and helpful and hard working.

      Cons

      There is 401K matching, but could be more. Some challenges with corporate office in New York, but they are addressing the problems and making improvements.

      Great work life Casual and relax environment Committed leadership team Fully aware of opportunity areas Awesome People to work with Fully stock kitchen

      Cons

      No downsides, the company is going to a mayor change of pace, naturally some people will be unhappy with change and strong values, but this is great company to work for!

      Pros

      PAR is a great place to work. I've been here almost five years and I have to say the best thing about PAR is the people. They have become like family to me and I've built many great friendships in my time here. Everyone is always willing to help you out.

      Cons

      The company is going through a big transition right now, from a corporate culture standpoint and from a systems standpoint. There is still much to be improved upon, but PAR knows that and is actively trying to improve - management trainings, culture committees, improved communications and transparency are just some of the ways PAR is trying to tackle it's areas for improvement.
