      Short-sighted but not dead yet.

      Pros

      Benefits are average, pay isn't bad but is stagnant and no longer competitive, mostly flexible working conditions.

      Cons

      Management is entirely too fixated on tactical firefighting and has no real vision for the future. They talk a good game about being focused on the employees, but don't demonstrate it at all. Pay is stagnant with no raises for most employees for years on end.

      Pros

      Good company to work for. Direct management is very good. Always able to voice concerns. Full benefits and overtime when desired. Telecommuting available in some situations.

      Cons

      Felt understaffed at times, highly stressful environment due to the type of work. Sometimes felt like there was a Disconnect between customer needs and what could be accomplished

      Good place to get experience, no change of promotion

      Pros

      Flexible schedules, benefits are OK (or at least better than nothing). Lower level management easy to work with.

      Cons

      Upper level management disconnected with how the company operates, pay raises are few and far between. I 15+ year employee can make more money at Wal-Mart distribution in less time. Lower level employees are not offerend many chances at promotion.
