      Pros

      The company is very transparent and truly backs our words with action. Very good alignment at all levels with a well thought out and communicated strategy plan.

      Cons

      Maybe not a con so much as it is a reality - which is a changing culture. One that rewards those that fast, take ownership and have empathy for customers. Changing culture can be a journey.

      * They have a very good strong team. People are very talented. * Company is aware of some of their issues and are trying to improve. * They really care about people and product. * Willing to invest in the future.

      Cons

      * Some things are still stuck in the past, slow and inefficient. Mostly regarding to non-engineering processes. * They need to improve their benefits(working on it but some ways to go).
