      Pros

      Small office feel, remote work capability (mostly), support career development - such as different certifications, tuition reimbursement, schedules have a little bit of flexibility.

      Cons

      Old fashioned, outdated systems, little room for advancement, leadership is a bit out of touch, information isn't filtered down the ranks well, planning seems to be a challenge

      Need better cash flow. Poor inventory/planning management. poor compensation, no pension and poor 401K match.

      Cons

      Long Hours, Doesn't Pay well for the Work expected of you and the time away from your Families, Coverage time from 6:00 am till Midnight. No Personal Life.
