      Flexibility at times with work schedule, decent benefits. Staff has best intentions at heart.

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement, no merit increases associated with annual reviews. Executives pay lip service to refocusing the business from a hardware to software company.

      They provide you a storage unit for your equipment. Management seems to listen to techs.

      Management is sometimes difficult to get hold of . If your a contractor you get the overflow and have to use your own vehicle.

      Pros

      Over time is a positive but you can only work so many hours before it starts to take its toll physically.

      Cons

      With all the cut backs and layoffs people have to work twice as hard. That makes the person or persons less productive. In the eyes of PAR if your not overwhelm you not working hard enough.
