good insurance, some good managers

Cons

They outsourced the entire level 1 tech support team. All the people taking calls, all the team leads, all the managers. Some people are lucky enough to be able to stay until the replacements are trained. Other people were fired with like 3 days left in the month and all the benefits were cut off at the end of the month. Now they're bragging about how much they care about employees on social media. Don't believe it.

PAR is transparent about the vision, goals and what it takes to be successful. A lot of opportunity for growth

Cons

We are still building internal cohesiveness from acquisition, I don't view this as a con but an opportunity to continue to build a recipe for success.

Micromanagement and overwork Outsourced their entire helpdesk to the Philippines and decided to lay off the whole US Support department in a single day, despite poor performance. The company is running itself into the ground to save a buck.
