      The ability to work remotely

      Cons

      Antiquated systems that are too tightly coupled to separate. Middle managers are not very skilled at developing trust among employees. PAR is more concerned with acquisitions than the development of its own. Too much of a dinosaur to survive the coming restaurant automation.

      Bad exit process No focus on work priority No way to get recognition of your potential Very very big gap between management and tech team God know how they will survive in future, no concrete action for growth now, just hit and trail and almost every trail got failed
