very grift. yes the tech roles have very little growth paths. the business people churn about every 6 months and make much more than they should. If you want a real idea of who is running the show here, just look at their past job histories. manager at retail store to upper management and now the egos are unbearable most of the job for business people here is to make your calendar look full and act like you busy, but pass the actual work down. the most important thing is "getting people under you" if you are an engineer and have been at PAR longer than 2 years, you are wasting time. just look up your job title online and compare. PAR reward all the wrong people. they use fake pictures for hiring. go on business holiday but have no hard skills. Also the emperor wears no clothes here

Having worked in software for many years, this is the best place I have worked. Probably the only really con is for people who have worked here for a while, they are underpaid. People hired in the last 3 years or so are good but the people who were here before that have not been brought up to the same level.
