1. Sincere about their India growth strategy - significant investments in the last 18 months in Jaipur and Gurgaon offices 2. Employees come first - excellent benefits, strong people culture 3. High quality work - Enterprise SAAS product engineering company that gives great exposure to its employees for their long term career growth

Cons

1. Few things are still in the works to better collaborate between their India and the US offices and may take some time to mature
