Punchh for the most part hires smart, hardworking folks. Great team to work with.

Cons

Unhealthy work/life balance. When vocalizing this to leadership (upon their request) we were only met with "hang in there" sentiments. Across other department's, leadership is not organized nor do they understand the big picture issues. Push numbers, everything else comes last.

pay was good, workers are nice

Cons

execs have no idea how to run IT and IT leadership has no idea how to run IT without consultants. the new leadership is worse than the past. Par is in trouble as an IT org . HR at the company is a like a lawyer trying to sue you monthly.
