Cons
Changes happening too frequently. 6 different marketing leaders in 7 years tells you everything. People with no marketing knowledge will tell you what your job is and what and how to do it (by using AI). Quiet layoffs happening every quarter just before the earnings call. Change of directions, restructurings and more happening on a regular basis. Due to that, 0 career growth.
