Pros

On time salary Unlimited PTOs (but yeah manager will be disappoint if you take any) Gym membership reimbursement Health Insurance Good HR culture

Cons

Too much micromanagement Will give you multiple tasks at a time and take harsh update on another when you actually pick another No work life balance Sprints are always on toes and manager will force you to finish. Too much AI you will heard but actually no time given even to think about it

Not much of any pros

Cons

Regular long hours without additional compensation, required to use your personal money to cover regular accruing company expenses with a lot of excuses to delay reimbursement, no compensation for hazard and danger of working in a war zone. Not much planning, things are done in a haphazard manner, unprofessional and untrained managers. It is a plain hell hole.
