Consistent pay, acceptable benefits, currently remote work. Very positive and forward focused CEO.

Cons

The company claims it really wants to invest in employees but falls short when it comes to proving that. You are nothing more than another number here. Older/tenured employees will even advise newbies behind closed doors that the best way to survive is to just keep your head down and avoid rocking the boat.

Cons

We move quickly and sometimes it's easy to get overwhelmed, however the yearly and quarterly goal planning exercises help to keep us aligned and focused on key priorities.
