      Pros

      It is a growing company. They challenge you to be successful. The pay is good. The hours are good.

      Cons

      Sometimes doing your job gets challenging. The hours can be long depending on staffing. Some of the coworkers both new and old don't pull their weight.

      Pros

      Company is now focused on software. In the past Par has had all the pieces but just lacked an excellent software product. This has been rectified with Brink. The addition of a talented new CEO, as well as the new team he has brought in , has made Par an up and coming company.

      Cons

      The founder of Par was an impediment to growth. With his departure (along with members of his family that were part of management) Par's future now looks bright.
