      Pros

      The company is very transparent and truly backs our words with action. Very good alignment at all levels with a well thought out and communicated strategy plan.

      Cons

      Maybe not a con so much as it is a reality - which is a changing culture. One that rewards those that fast, take ownership and have empathy for customers. Changing culture can be a journey.

      Great HR representation, tuition reimbursement was a huge plus allowing me to obtain my MBA largely funded by the company.
