Change is constant in our business and thanks to the honest feedback from our employees, we are able to make the best possible decisions that make their lives easier and learn to do better in the process. Related to your comments on leadership, we are working hard in this area and are in the process of delivering training for managers and leadership. Our executive team is actively pursuing leadership program certifications and relies on honest and open feedback from our employees if there are any blind spots that we are not aware of.
