Uncompassionate manager. Cut my hours drastically on whims. Managers give you good schedule based on "playing favorites" Never a predictable work schedule. No specific training, a lot of guess work when it comes to tasks. No concept of seniority in the work place when it comes to raises and promotions.

Horrible management, including the worst HR department I've ever encountered. The HR department at PCC is your typical unfeeling, cold and corporate team there to protect upper management. I heard the in-store hiring managers openly critique and make fun of potential employees. The culture is a wreck and dysfunctional. This is a company that does not unite under shared values. Their hippie ideals are outdated and irrelevant to how they function now as a VERY profitable business. They have lingering staff members who have been around for years whose jobs have become obsolete and who are not offered any training to make them a functioning part of the staff again. This was a very stressful place to work where bad employees are swept under the rug.
