No executive accountability

Pros

Remote work flexibility, pay is ok but not worth the stress.

Cons

The company puts an unrealistic workload on lower level employees and when they do layoffs like they just did, they get rid of those employees rather than the executive team taking any accountability for their poor leadership and lack of clear direction. Teams are stressed to the limits, micro managed and then punished for doing what they were told and blamed when it doesn’t go well. Compensation, raises, etc constantly moving and hasn’t covered inflation in years. HR isn’t a trustworthy resource to take complaints, so employees are left on their own to deal with issues.

Pros

Lax dress code. Can listen to music and podcasts while working. Benefits are decent and there's a discount program for the health insurance. Decent amount of PTO that grows the more you work there (up to a certain amount). Paid holidays, and unpaid week off between Christmas and New Years; you can use left over PTO for that time. Are part of a good recycling program where they sell plastic waste and supposedly save that money for PCNA Cares; a program that helps employees when they have an unforseen circumstances like if your house burns down.

Cons

If you are a decorator or lower position, the likelihood of you being promoted past decorator is near impossible. Communication is awful between departments and sometimes between employees and their supervisor and coordinators. Only get one 3% raise per year, but for the first 2 years I worked here i didn't get any raises and even got cheated out of my first raise.

Pros

Hourly pay is decent Shift differential pay for late shift

Cons

Constantly changing rules. Micromanagement. Weekly meetings that could be an email. No extensions to any other department besides Accounts payable/receivable. You’ll have at the very least 2 departments responsibilities including your own.
