Working with a good core of professionals in all departments

Cons

Continuous turnover, bad leadership, horrible communication and lack of diversity. Opportunities to advance are unclear or don't exist. Always asked to do more with less. Seeing too many good people stressed and burned out then let go or just quit. The newer ELT is very cliquish so any comments will get overlooked and the sales pitch speech will be given as a reply every time.

Pros

Decent pay for the work. Great vacation time. 401k match to a certain percentage. HSA contribution. Good and friendly people to work with. Online courses for multi-craft maintenance is offered at no expense to employee.

Cons

Pay for maintenance workers is below national average. Focus is more on quantity over quality. Forced to do jobs outside of the maintenance role. CEO has videos of himself playing non-stop in the cafeteria. It comes off very strange. Will make maintenance workers scalp contractor jobs. Communication needs worked on. Cuts in overtime due to company going over budget on expansions. One higher-up in particular has anger issues. Company will not send maintenance workers to offered training courses for machines that we work on. Pandering to office workers.

Zero reasons. Do not work here.

Cons

They have weekly drug busts, they pay exconvicts more than they pay their own hired on fulltime emoyees. They madndate overtime but dont tell the new hires ,so new hires work 2 days max find out they will be forced to work 50+ hrs and dont come back, new hires do not get enough training.You have zero time for your family especially from sept-dec because your exhausted from working 10 hr days plus sat and sun. They promise to train you to move up but never do.
