No trust in team members- authority levels are laughable. Tellers are sometimes made Loan Officers and get paid ZERO extra to do a loan officers job on top of their teller responsibility. Disorganized. Nothing spent on trying to make interfaces user friendly- prepare for the WORK-AROUND king of all financial institutions.
